I am looking to volunteer with your organization for a period of 12 months.
I am currently working as a home care nurse for a private individual. I have previously worked as a Contact Centre Executive with a health maintenance organization, as a Registered Nurse with a University health centre, as a Phlebotomist with a top diagnostic centre as well as a Staff Nurse with a private hospital.
My passion for patient-centered care as well as my compassionate, empathetic and patient nature has enabled me to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that optimize patient outcomes. I take great pride in my experience as a Home Care Nurse, where I have had the privilege of working closely with patients in the comfort of their homes, assisting with daily activities, medication management, wound care, emotional support and ensuring their overall well-being.
I am open to volunteering with hospitals, residential homes, hospices, Nursing homes and in Youth residential homes where I can use my education, skills and experience to positively impact lives.
