Throughout my time working as a support worker at Aspire CBS, I have developed a passion for helping others, and I have found healthcare to be an incredibly rewarding field. As a support worker, I have gained experience in assisting with daily living tasks, monitoring and reporting patients' conditions, administering medications, and maintaining accurate patient records. I have worked in different residential home settings and have experience with supporting customers of different backgrounds.
In addition to my experience, I have completed over twenty-five training sessions with certifications and I have a solid understanding of the importance of infection control, dealing with challenging behaviors, personal care, health and safety procedures, and confidentiality. I also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which allow me to build rapport with patients, their families, and colleagues alike.
