Dear Sir/ Madam,

I write to apply for the position of a geriatric career.

I am a nutritionist by profession with a BSc in community nutrition from the university for development studies, Tamale Ghana.
As part of my study, I have participated in a number of volunteer jobs in very remote communities of my country.
My major assignment during these volunteering mission is to assess and give recommendations to the nutritional needs of children, pregnant women and the aged.
Old age comes with a myriad of health complications and most of these complications can be managed to a very high extent with appropriate and adequate nutrition. Recommending the right nutrition for the aged is very important because it helps them to live a happy and healthy life.

I am also specialised in metal work and fabrication of steel structures. I strongly believe that with my experience in this area, I would be able to design and fabricate steel structures that will aid the mobility of elderly people under my care and in general.

I would be glad If my application is considered.
