DUTIES IN CARE HOME Assisted patients with handling daily chores and errands by transporting to appointments, cleaning personal spaces and purchasing supplies. Support the Service user with everyday task and help them live independently Support people with autism, mental health needs, acquired brain Injuries, and learning disabilities. Ensure service users continuous development with daily key working. Assisting clients with personal care tasks which will include; washing, showering, bathing, dressing and undressing, oral hygiene, toileting and getting in and out of bed. Ran errands for patients, did shopping and picked up other necessities. Increased medication and medical terminology Recognized and reported abnormalities or changes in patients' health status to case manager
