I am writing to apply for the post of geriatric nurse. I have 4 years of experience in providing exemplary patient centered nursing care.

As a nursing officer in my current role, I conduct patient assessments, diagnoses for treatment and timely interventions to ensure excellent patient outcomes and patient satisfaction. I also ensure that patient care coordination is seamless to achieve positive patient outcomes in a timely manner with correct documentation for continuity of care. As a team player, I provide support in developing clear goals in line with the hospital strategies that would lead to improving patient care.
Over the last four years, I have gained considerable skills on the core values associated with excellent patient care such as: problem solving skills, integrity, professionalism and patient centered care. My work experience with different clients and service providers in the health industry has increased my level of professionalism and collaboration in particular those related to provision of seamless patient centered care that leads to patient satisfaction. It also heightened my ability to understand the power of collaboration in clinical care and my role as a patient advocate while adhering to the policies, practices and procedures and ability to apply them in a healthcare setting.
