With my Eight years of experience as a bedside and home care nurse, I have been able to cater for my patients. Identify their problems and take evidence based action that leads to their full recovery. Recording their details and taking proper history about them. I have been able to help my patient prepare their meals, administering their drugs and monitoring them for side effects and reactions. Promote wound healing by dressing their wounds and bringing them closer to their loved ones for psychological support.
