In response to the vacancy, I wish to apply for the post of a healthcare personnel.
As a committed, courageous, empathic and compassionate individual with over 3years working experience in the healthcare industry and providing the highest quality care, I wish to express my keen interest in your reputable organization as a healthcare giver.
I have been providing top-notch health care services to the elderly especially those with dementia, Mental health and learning disabilities which is my area of specialization and have also assisted children of all ages with disabilities/abilities. I am currently working with Graygood care home as a healthcare assistant, providing health care support and also moving from home to home rendering healthcare services to families with dementia patients,driving them to appointments and also developed a strong and trustworthy relationship with their families.

My expertise over the years has opened me up to understanding how patients relate,feel,communicate and act, which has enabled me over the years to adequately feel their desires and finding ways to satisfy them typically with the assistance of registered nurses and other healthcare personnel.
I ensure the patients comfort,dignity and privacy at all times. I always strive to improve the quality of healthcare of patients am privileged to care for especially those suffering from dementia,care and support them through continuing professional development by communicating effectively while ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.

I pay close attention to details and I have developed strong and solid caring competencies as well interpersonal skills, i am a good team player, ability to stay calm under pressure, effectively communicating with residents without being judgmental, always completes the mandatory work of recording patients activities and changes noted while on duty, supporting with activities such as meal preparation, personal care, general house cleaning etc. As a qualified caregiver, I supply a deep Passion for the task and the flexibility the work brings,this has helped me to grow over the years and most importantly, given me the enablement to perform well each and every time as a carer. I also understand what person center care entails and as a carer, no 2 days are the same which makes teamwork, communication and flexibility a core value and at the fore front for me.
