My academic background, along with over eight years of experience as a Nurse Assistant and two years as a Registered Nurse, has equipped me with a solid foundation in patient care, medical ethics, and collaborative teamwork.
Throughout my career, I have gained invaluable experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. As a Registered Nurse in Ghana, I had the privilege of caring for patients from various ethnicity and socioeconomic backgrounds. This experience has deepened my understanding of the importance of empathy, effective communication, and culturally sensitive care.
