For the past three years, I have developed and acquired an amazing experience in geriatric care by regularly checking vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, blood sugar level and also observe any changes in the client's condition. Assisting with administering medications as prescribed by a Physician and also ensuring correct dosages and timely medication administering and also observing for side effects of medications. Help with daily activities, including bathing dressing, grooming while ensuring client's dignity and comfort Helping clients with moving,(walking)and using assistive devices to prevent clients from falling Providing clients emotional support by engaging them in conversations and activities to enhance their mental and general wellbeing collecting and recording accurate and complete medical records of clients and keeping incident report. Educating clients and their relatives about managing chronic conditions and promote understanding of their care plan
