I don't have experience working in hospitals, when I was working I encountered many seniors and they were mature enough that our conversations became very long day by day. The attitudes of seniors about life and their experience are like gems. I don't know about the role that is going to be served by me. It would be easier if I could have the position at hand then think about it.
