My professional experience in geriatric care has been deeply rooted in compassion, respect, and a commitment to the holistic wellbeing of elderly individuals. Over the years, I have developed and implemented personalized care plans tailored to address each senior’s unique medical, emotional, and social needs. I have supported older adults in managing chronic illnesses, cognitive decline, mobility challenges, and mental health concerns. In my work, I have provided assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility, always ensuring that each task is performed with dignity and sensitivity. Medication management, rehabilitation exercises, and fall prevention strategies have also been integral parts of the care I offer, promoting both independence and safety.
Beyond addressing physical needs, I have focused on providing emotional and cognitive support, particularly for seniors experiencing conditions like dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
