Personal care, Safeguarded and supported the residents with Bathing, Dressing. Oralhygiene, makeup, toileting, fostering dignity, and comfort in activities of daily living. Monitored, recorded, documented,and reported daily the health, behaviors ,physical changes, any incident or unusual condition of the residents immediately to the concerned staff. Meal and domestic tasks, Prepared and served meals and beverage regularly and upheld food safety standards while following resident's dietary plan and choices. Health and wellbeing,Took on an enthusiastic and empathetic approach to build meaningful working relationship with residents and emotionally provide support,companionship, conversation and comfort. Engaged in Co-curricular activities like dancing,painting, gardening, decorations with residents,this facilitated in building mental resilience and enhanced social skills between residents and the caregiver. Mobility, operated hoist, wheelchair, walking stick to support residents to move around their home, focusing to gain their independence, reablement and safety. Social activities, engaged and encouraged the client to participate in daily living home activities and personal care. Utilised effective communication skills to collaborate between the client, his family and nurses, ensuring clear and concise information exchange. Medicine administration,took a positive approach in assisting the client with his medicine regimes, cream application promptly as prescribed by a doctor. Confidentiality, ensured client's sensitive information like health,medical records, emails, and financial information are encrypted. Time and workload Management promptly maintained safe and effective work environment based on importance and emergency, collaboration with skilled colleagues and distracting external interruptions. Household management, laundry upkeep, infection control to ensure safe and healthy environment of the client. Shopping and escorting the client to amusement Parks, sports events, hospital appointments to oversee his safety and wellbeing until we return home.

I have 4 years of experience in providing care and support to Elderly and disabled residents with various health conditions and special needs in private homes, I have experienced patient and person centered care and I have the ability to support and Care for residents as follows; I can assist, support and care for patients to gain there independence and reablement through encouraging and engaging patient to participate in activities of his personal care, like dressing, showering ,oral hygiene, toileting , Feeding, shaving and so many other,I can assist patient in medicine management and administration, mobility assistance by operating various house mobility Aid like walking stick, hoist, wheelchair, I can observe, monitor, record and document patient's health conditions,I can assist patient in housekeeping duties and Meal preparations.

I have a Diploma certificate in Business Management at YMCA Comprehensive Institute Kampala Branch which is equivalent to NVQ Level 2 attend in a year 2008 to 2010
General certificate of secondary education studied at Kampala students center 2006-2007 and I was awarded a certificate from Uganda Advanced Certificate Of Education.

I have upper intermediate level computer Skills . For example I can work very well while using computer applications like Microsoft word for typing texts, sending, receiving and responding to emails, Excel for calculations and tracking information, Power point for presentations in meeting, File management system for organizing File and internet Navigation which will allow me to complete my tasks in time.
