Erfahrungen in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege:
• Prepare and execute a personalized nursing plan drug sickness, labor and child birth. • Prepare pregnant women mentally for child birth and provide postpartum and postnatal care. • Follow up with medication administration as prescribed by the physician during and delivery. • Follow up with vaccination of the child, taking the child's weight, height, head , arm,and chest circumference to ensure proper child growth. • Document the nursing activities and procedures provided to a pregnant woman, ensuring public safety rules. • Check delivery room, equipments and devices required for deliveries and monitor pregnant women's conditions within the delivery room and performing natural child birth. • I participate with the medical team in performing caesarean section. • Provide personal hygiene after a caesarean section, promote patient ambulation, supportive care Administer medication as prescribed by the physician. Ensure patient comfortability and safety
