I am trained in social Gerontology( elderly care). I hold a certificate in first Aid, Path way to care Florence academy certificates and I also have an IELTS certificate. I am a conscientious health carer with expertise in the provision of exemplary care to maintain the health, safety and development of elderly patients, often with complex health care needs, with extensive knowledge of health care services, and highly experienced in the delivery of individual care plans whilst working in conjunction with community and local authority teams. Skilled in mental health support, with an emphasis on promoting and maintaining patient well-being and independence. I demonstrate strong leadership qualities with the ability to conduct patient assessments, supervise the provision of safe and compassionate care, and evaluate care effectiveness.
