Erfahrungen in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege:
For the past four years, I've dedicated myself to nursing with a focus on geriatric care. Working alongside elderly patients has been incredibly rewarding—not just in providing medical support, but in forming meaningful connections with them. I’ve learned that truly listening to their life stories and understanding their backgrounds builds trust and helps them feel seen, which is just as important as clinical care.
I believe in treating the whole person, not just the condition. That means looking beyond physical health to consider emotional well-being and social needs. Whether it’s sharing a conversation, engaging in a favorite activity, or simply offering a comforting presence, I aim to bring comfort and joy into their daily lives.
A big part of my role is advocacy—ensuring my patients’ wishes and concerns are central to their care plans. By empowering them and their families to navigate healthcare decisions, I help preserve their dignity and independence.
Every day in this field teaches me something new, strengthening my communication skills and deepening my empathy. These experiences have reaffirmed my commitment to compassionate care that makes a real difference. More than just a career, nursing has given me a deeper appreciation for life, resilience, and the power of human connection.
