My background is in developmental communication, peacebuilding, interfaith dialogue, humanitarian research, and advocacy. I have rich experience working as an administrator and senior management employee of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Ghana since the year 2002 and have also worked in a pharmaceutical wholesale company and media content marketing. I am willing to work in any community-based research and social change intervention program or initiative in Germany. I look forward to an opportunity to offer my services through this paid volunteer program in Germany for a period between 1 year and 3 years. I believe that will offer me the opportunity to learn new skills and cultural practices and adapt to a global working environment in due course.
