My name is Felix Ato Nkrumah, a graduate from Ghana with a degree in Theatre for Development. My academic background focuses on using creative, practical methods, especially drama and community engagement to address real issues faced by people in their everyday lives. I’ve worked directly with communities, using theatre to support awareness campaigns, conflict resolution, and youth education. These experiences have deepened my interest in working closely with people, especially in care and development settings.
I have a strong passion for supporting the elderly. This comes naturally to me, not only because of my training, but also because of the patience and empathy I’ve built over the years. I believe the elderly deserve dignity, attention, and understanding. I am ready to be part of any team that works toward improving their quality of life.
In addition to my academic background, I’ve worked as a customer service representative. That role taught me how to communicate effectively, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems practically. I’ve also gained vocational skills in areas like basic caregiving and home management, which I know would be valuable in this voluntary program.
I’m very interested in the opportunity to take part in this voluntary service and vocational training in Germany. I see it not only as a way to grow professionally, but also as a chance to contribute meaningfully while learning about a new culture and work environment.
Thank you for considering my application. I am available for an interview at your convenience and look forward to the possibility of joining your program.
