With a strong desire to actively serve the public interest, I am writing to express my interest in joining your organization as a volunteer under the Bundesfreiwilligendienst (Federal Voluntary Service) program.

My name is Joseph Kwesi Emris Akara, a Ghanaian national. I am a bilingual young volunteer (French – English) passionate about community development, communication, and social engagement. I am currently working as the Volunteer Coordinator and Media Operator at Potters City TV, a Christian television station dedicated to broadcasting spiritual and educational content. My role involves overseeing technical broadcast operations, coordinating volunteer teams, and producing impactful content that serves and uplifts the community.

Alongside this, I serve as Project Manager at the Young Crown Foundation, a humanitarian organization focused on education, health, and human dignity. One of our recent initiatives under my leadership involved distributing over 300 sanitary pads to young girls in the Oti Region of Ghana, as part of a menstrual health awareness campaign. I managed logistics, communications, and volunteer mobilization throughout the project.

These experiences have equipped me with strong skills in social communication, project management, group facilitation, and content creation. I am confident that my multicultural background and operational abilities would be valuable assets for a voluntary service mission, particularly in fields such as social work, education, community engagement, or youth outreach.

Open-minded, committed, and deeply motivated to contribute to a meaningful cause, I am eager to offer my skills in service of a noble mission while gaining personal growth through a new cultural and human experience in Germany.
