With a strong background in technology leadership and capacity building, I bring valuable experience in training, organising, and supporting diverse groups of people, skills I believe are highly relevant to a caring profession.

I have served as a Technology and Capacity Building Lead at Tech & Media Convergency, where I’ve successfully led community-centred digital programs focused on empowerment, communication, and safety. While my core experience is in technology, I have always prioritised human connection, empathy, and service, values that I see reflected in the vital work of elderly care.

I am highly motivated to work in Germany, not only to contribute meaningfully to society but also to grow in a new professional and cultural environment.
