I have hands-on experience providing compassionate and comprehensive care to elderly patients in both clinical and home settings. My role involved assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility support, while also monitoring vital signs and administering prescribed medications under supervision. I worked closely with registered nurses and healthcare teams to implement care plans tailored to each patient’s physical and emotional needs. My responsibilities extended to documenting patient progress, reporting health changes, and ensuring a safe, hygienic environment.
