Erfahrungen in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege:
I have over eight years of hands-on experience in the field of nursing and geriatric care, supported by a Caregiving Certificate. During this time, I have worked primarily with elderly individuals in both home care and facility-based settings, providing comprehensive support tailored to their physical, emotional, and daily living needs. My responsibilities have included assisting with personal hygiene, mobility support, medication reminders, monitoring health conditions, and offering compassionate companionship.
This experience has given me a strong foundation in patient-centered care and taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and communication in supporting the elderly. I am confident that these skills will allow me to make a meaningful contribution within the BFD program.
I am writing to express my genuine interest in joining the Federal Voluntary Service, with a strong motivation to contribute to elderly care. I have a deep respect for older generations and a sincere desire to support their well-being through compassionate assistance and companionship.
Although I do not yet hold an official certificate in the German language, I am actively studying German through Duolingo and am highly motivated to continue learning. I believe that living and volunteering in a German-speaking environment will greatly support my language development and cultural integration. Additionally, I am eager to expand my knowledge by learning the nursing standards and caregiving techniques practiced in Germany. I believe that joining the BFD will be a valuable opportunity for both personal growth and professional development in a new healthcare setting.
