I have taken care of elderly persons before in my country, especially those dealing with multi-morbidity, (diabetes, hypertension and other chronic illnesses). I am apt with keeping up with medication dosages, and intake times, blood glucose monitoring and blood pressure monitoring. I also understand the role of diet in blood glucose levels, and I integrate it alongside medication to ensure a healthy outcome.
