I have nursing background as i hold a Diploma in General Nursing, Advanced Diploma in Midwifery and I am a registered and licensed nurse- midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Botswana. I have 10 years of experience in outpatient department, emergency care and 2 years experience in labour and delivery. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated compassion, dedication, and a proactive approach to patient care. I pride myself on my ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and provide high-quality care that respects the dignity and individual needs of each patient.
Throughout my nursing career, I have worked closely with individuals with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities, both in clinical settings and in community care. This experience has given me a profound respect for each person’s unique abilities and challenges. I am confident in providing personal care, assisting with mobility, supporting daily activities, and fostering an environment that encourages autonomy and dignity.

What inspires me most about this role is the opportunity to build meaningful, one-on-one connections and make a tangible difference in someone’s daily life. I am patient, empathetic, and committed to empowering clients to reach their personal goals, no matter how big or small. I also understand the importance of clear communication with both clients and their families, and also to be the client’s legs and arm, help them with everything they need.
