My role involves monitoring patient well-being, assisting with mobility, supporting medication administration, and providing emotional care to patients and families. I facilitate communication between patients and healthcare staff, maintain cleanliness in care areas, and follow strict safety and hygiene protocols. This work has strengthened my empathy, teamwork, and adaptability. I am eager to bring these skills to the German Volunteer Service, contributing to quality care in elderly support, nursing, or vocational training.
