I am writing to express my interest in joining your team as a volunteer in the Pflege sector in Germany. I am passionate about supporting elderly people and individuals in need of care, and I am motivated to contribute my time, energy, and skills to make a positive difference in their daily lives.

I hold a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) and have over 200 flight hours, alongside professional experience as a ground and flight instructor at the Kenya School of Flying. My work in aviation and logistics has strengthened my communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, as well as my capacity to remain calm and attentive in high-responsibility environments. I have also worked in airport operations, customer service, and transport coordination, roles that demanded empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.

I am adaptable, culturally sensitive, and eager to learn new skills, including those related to elderly care. I am also open to participating in any training you may offer to better understand the needs of the residents and the working culture in Germany.
