I have personal experience taking care of my grandmother and some elderly neighbors. My tasks included supporting them with daily activities such as preparing meals, helping with mobility, accompanying them to medical appointments, and offering emotional support. This taught me patience, responsibility, and empathy, and gave me a strong interest in geriatric care. Although I do not have formal training yet, I am eager to build on this experience and learn professional methods through vocational training or voluntary service.
