I humbly express my interest in the volunteer program as Geriatric Nurse in your organization. My deep passion for taking care of the elderly was birthed by my experience when I voluntarily took care of my sick mother and aged father. I observed that the sick and the elderly require about the same level of care given to infants/children with the assurance of their dignity.

In the course of carrying out these tasks, I have developed some skills which include: patience, empathy, compassion, good observation, confidence, passion for support, quick learning, organisation, attention to detail, effective communication, first aid, medical terminologies, etc.

I have diploma both in Caregiving, and Nursing & Patients Care.

I look forward to joining your dedicated team of volunteers to selflessly serve and continuously improve on my skills by learning from diverse cultural practices.
