I am writing to express my keen interest to volunteer as support worker for the elderly for BFD. I have more than 2 years’ experience performing a range of critical functions for patients as a Support Worker in Ghana and Nigeria.

My Highlights of my experience include the following:

-cooking and serving meals, obtaining medications, and performing general housekeeping tasks—for patients with chronic and acute health issues including asthma, COPD, dementia, mental disability, diabetes, and cancer.
-Empowering clients to live as independently as possible, handling tasks spanning from personal hygiene to shopping to medication administration. etc
I find this job very rewarding knowing that I have the opportunity to help families on a daily basis. I am positive to be considered a worthy candidate for a volunteer of a Support Worker for elderlys at your facility.
