Three-month nursing training internship with the Red Cross

Bewerbungstext:

Hello.
I am writing with great excitement to apply for a voluntary year in nursing or elderly care in Germany. I saw the invitation on your applicant database. My desire to help people is supported by direct practical experience, including a three-month nursing training internship with the Red Cross. I am eager to apply my skills and learn from Germany's excellent care system.

This hands-on training provided me with a strong foundation in patient care and confirmed my passion for this field. In addition to this experience, my past jobs in customer support taught me how to support people with kindness and respect. I helped many different people solve difficult problems, handling over 100 tickets a day and making 90% of the clients happy. This has made me very patient, a good listener, and a clear communicator. Skills I know are very important for taking care of people.

My jobs required me to be very careful, trustworthy, and to stay calm and work well when things were busy or stressful. I know these skills are useful in a place like a hospital or care home, where keeping people safe and healthy is the most important thing. Because I am used to managing tech support and office tasks, I am very good at paying attention to details and can follow rules and instructions carefully.

I also have a mix of office and computer skills that can help your team. I am good with computer programs like CRM systems and tools like Zapier and Make. I believe I can build on my nursing training quickly. I can also help make the office work faster, so that the nurses and carers have more time to spend with people.

I learn quickly, I speak English and French very well, and I am excited to start learning German. I am ready to work hard and dedicate myself to helping others. Thank you for reading my application. I have attached my CV and would be happy to talk with you more about how I can help your team.

Sincerely,

Walter Dedji
