Have perform Care Assistant is supporting an elderly resident in the church house for who needs help with their morning routine. As care assistant i greets the resident warmly, helps them safely out of bed, and assists with washing, dressing, and grooming while respecting their dignity. Then i prepare a light breakfast, encourage the resident to eat, and engage in friendly conversation to promote companionship. Afterward, as care assistant i take notes of any changes in the elderly resident’s mood or health and reports them to the supervisor to ensure proper follow-up.
