Through these programs, I gained knowledge in personal hygiene support, mobility assistance, nutrition, medication management, and emotional support for elderly individuals. My practical experience includes: Volunteering with the Community of Sant’Egidio, where I assisted in caring for children and supported vulnerable groups. Engaging in charity work for the elderly, which involved sweeping, cleaning surroundings, offering companionship, and supporting their daily needs. Providing basic care and support for elderly and disabled individuals during community initiatives, strengthening my skills in patience, empathy, and effective communication. These experiences have equipped me with both the technical caregiving skills and the compassionate approach necessary for quality geriatric care.
