I have worked as a First Aid Nurse in a textile company, where I was responsible for providing immediate medical care and first aid support to employees in case of injuries or health emergencies. My duties included monitoring workers’ health conditions, maintaining first aid equipment and medical records, and promoting workplace safety and hygiene. I also conducted basic health awareness sessions for employees and assisted in implementing health and safety policies within the factory. This experience helped me develop strong practical skills in patient care, quick decision-making, and teamwork, as well as a deep understanding of occupational health and safety practices.

I would like to apply for a voluntary social year (FSJ) in Germany. I am a motivated and socially engaged person from Bangladesh, currently working as a volunteer with the Red Crescent Society. Through my volunteer work, I have gained valuable experience in helping people, organizing community activities, and supporting social and health-related projects. These experiences have strengthened my communication, teamwork, and empathy skills. I would like to join the FSJ program in Germany because I am deeply interested in learning about the German culture, social system, and work environment. I also want to improve my German language skills and believe that living and working in Germany will give me the best opportunity to do so. Furthermore, I plan to build my future career in the health and social care sector, and I believe that the FSJ experience will be an important step toward achieving this goal. I am confident that my motivation, dedication, and previous volunteer experience will allow me to make a positive contribution to your organization.
