I am an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) professional with over 15 years of experience managing M&E systems across development and humanitarian programs in Africa and Asia. I hold an MSc in Public Health from the University of South Wales (UK), a BSc in Agricultural Management from the Zimbabwe Open University, and a Diploma in Education. My expertise spans food security, livelihoods, WASH, protection, nutrition, and education. I have strong skills in project design, data collection, analysis, and reporting, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. I have implemented community feedback mechanisms, built partner capacity, and promoted adaptive learning to enhance program quality and impact. As a researcher and educator, I generate evidence-based insights to inform strategic decision-making. I am passionate about using data to drive learning, accountability, and sustainable development outcomes.
