I have an international and social-oriented background with experience in customer service, education, and volunteering. I hold a European Master’s degree (Strathclyde and University of Eastern Finland) and speak English fluently. During my studies, I was an excellent student, which demonstrates my ability to learn quickly, work responsibly, and stay committed to long-term goals.

I have several years of professional experience in customer service within a telecommunications company (Beeline), working both in a call center environment and in face-to-face customer service at a sales and service office. This role helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and supportive in stressful situations.

I also have experience teaching English to children in Kazakhstan, which strengthened my sense of responsibility, care, and ability to work with different age groups.

In addition, I am an active volunteer. I have volunteered with the Red Cross, mainly supporting translation and communication activities, as well as with the British Council. I hold certificates confirming my volunteer work. Through these activities, I developed strong social responsibility, teamwork skills, and a caring attitude toward people in need.

I have basic practical skills related to care tasks, including assisting with daily support activities and administering injections at a basic level under guidance. I am able to react quickly and calmly in urgent or unexpected situations and remain focused when support is needed.

Although I do not yet have formal medical education, I am a caring, patient, and empathetic person who is highly motivated to begin vocational training in elderly care in Germany and to develop professional nursing skills step by step.

I am currently learning the German language and actively studying it using the Duolingo platform, with the goal of improving my German continuously alongside my vocational training.
