I am a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Engineer with over 12 years of professional experience in structured and demanding work environments. Throughout my career, I have developed strong values such as responsibility, respect, teamwork, patience, and attention to people’s well-being, which I believe are essential qualities for working with older adults.

Today, I am seeking a volunteering opportunity in elderly care in order to:

- contribute positively to the daily support and well-being of elderly people,
- gain meaningful experience in a social and care-oriented environment,
- improve my integration, language skills, and understanding of European care systems.

I am a reliable, motivated, and empathetic person. I am able to assist with daily activities, provide companionship, support care teams, and strictly follow rules, safety procedures, and ethical standards. My background in health and safety also allows me to be particularly attentive to hygiene, prevention, and risk awareness.

I am available for full-time or part-time volunteering, depending on your needs, and I am open to different types of assignments related to elderly support and assistance.
