I have been thinking about getting PSW (personal support worker) diploma or certificate as a step to shift my career then I can take more advanced courses when I know which ones I should take. Such courses are not in Egypt as it is rare to find elderly care houses or people with disabilities and that is for reasons. Old people stay living with their families in Egypt.
I started looking for certificates or diplomas overseas but they are expensive for international students and even embassies may not grant student visas for such programs in some countries like in Ireland
Two programs you offer are what exactly I'm looking for which are volunteering with people with disabilities and elderly people. You offer the courses to make the volunteers qualified to work the people the work with besides learning and practicing the German language.
It will be the 11th country I will visit but this time not as a tourist, it will be a great experience. By the way, I knew about volunteering by a German friend I met in Malaysia. I didn't even know what is volunteering" not your program".
I don't practice German regularly as I don't use it but in this case I will have to and it is one of the best methods to learn for me, to be a must not an option.
My brother has been to Germany twice before and he told me that he learned much and gained great experience from Germany.
