Professional experience in nursing or geriatric care:
I do not have formal professional experience in nursing or geriatric care. However, I am highly motivated to learn and develop the necessary skills for this role. I am patient, responsible, and willing to follow guidance and training carefully.
I have a strong sense of empathy and respect when interacting with elderly individuals, and I understand the importance of providing both emotional support and daily care. I am eager to gain practical experience and contribute positively to the well-being and comfort of elderly people.
I am highly motivated to volunteer in elderly care because I believe in the importance of providing support and attention to older individuals, helping them feel comfortable, valued, and respected in their daily lives. I always strive to act with patience and respect, and I truly value human connection, especially with this age group.
At the same time, I see this opportunity as a valuable way to develop my personal and communication skills, as well as to improve my German language through daily practice and immersion in a real-life environment, in addition to gaining a deeper understanding of German culture.
I consider myself a responsible, patient, and fast learner. I understand that working in this field requires empathy, calmness, and the ability to handle different situations professionally.
I am committed to being reliable, respectful, and supportive at all times, and I aim to contribute positively to the daily lives of those I care for while growing both personally and professionally through this experience.
