Throughout my personal and professional experiences, I have developed a strong appreciation for working with and supporting older adults. In addition to my administrative and program coordination background, I have experience providing companionship and practical support to seniors in ways that promote comfort, independence, and quality of life.
I have taught basic computer and technology skills to older adults, helping them become more comfortable with digital tools, communication platforms, and everyday technology. This experience required patience, empathy, and the ability to explain information in a clear and encouraging way while adapting to different learning styles and comfort levels.
I also have experience assisting older adults with daily activities and companionship, including accompanying them on walks, helping with grocery shopping and errands, supporting household tasks, and providing company and conversation. With more than 15 years of professional experience across government, nonprofit, international, and private sector organizations, I have built a career centered on operations, administration, program coordination, and people-focused support. Throughout my professional journey, I have worked in dynamic environments that required strong organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
My experience includes supporting executive leadership, coordinating professional development and certification programs, managing administrative and operational processes, handling scheduling and communications, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. I have worked closely with educational, community, and mission-driven organizations, helping ensure that programs, projects, and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

I have coordinated participant communications, managed registrations and documentation, assisted with event and exam logistics, and worked alongside instructors, leadership teams, and external partners to create organized and positive learning experiences.
