I am writing this letter to express my strong desire to volunteer in an organization that offers care to elderly persons. I have always desired to volunteer and take care of elderly persons, acting as their health advocate, and contribute to their well-being. Currently, I am a medical laboratory technologist working in a private hospital in Kenya. As a healthcare professional, I possess strong empathy, patience, and outstanding interpersonal skills. I am also comfortable in offering recreational activities, accompanying elderly persons on walks, or simply listening to those who desire to share their challenges, stories, and successes. To enhance my capabilities further, I am ready to undertake any courses that will improve my skills or as required by your facility. Thank you.
