My name is Lucia Katongo Nkhata, and I am a dedicated healthcare professional from Zambia with more than ten years of experience working in healthcare and community support. Throughout my career, I have provided psychosocial counselling, healthcare assistance, health education, community outreach, and compassionate support to patients and vulnerable individuals in both clinical and community settings.

I hold a Certificate in Healthcare Assistance, a Certificate in Psychosocial Counselling, a Certificate in Infection Prevention and Occupational Health, and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. I have also received training in Good Clinical Practice and Human Subject Protection, enabling me to work professionally while maintaining high ethical standards, confidentiality, and respect for every individual under my care.

Beyond my professional qualifications, I am compassionate, patient, hardworking, and eager to learn. I enjoy supporting people, especially the elderly and those who require daily assistance, and I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect.

I am excited about the opportunity to serve in Germany because it will allow me to contribute my skills while learning from the German healthcare system, improving my German language skills, and experiencing German culture.
