Application for nursing and geriatric care in Germany

I am applying for vocational training (Ausbildung) as a geriatric nurse / care assistant. I hold a BSc in Construction Technology Education from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana, and have over 8 years of professional experience as Facility Manager and Construction Supervisor.
In these roles I gained strong skills in facility maintenance, equipment care, safety protocols, team coordination, and ensuring clean and functional environments — all highly relevant to care work. I am reliable, physically fit, empathetic, and highly motivated to start a new career in elderly care in Germany. I am willing to learn German intensively and complete any required training.
I am a quick learner with good problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
