Professional experience in nursing or geriatric care:
Although I do not have professional nursing experience, I have six years of personal experience caring for my grandmother, who lived with my family. I assisted her with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility, taking medication on time, and accompanying her to medical appointments. I also provided emotional support and companionship to ensure her comfort and well-being. This experience strengthened my patience, empathy, responsibility, and inspired me to pursue a future career in nursing through an Ausbildung in Germany

I am a Computer Science graduate from Egypt who is looking for a meaningful volunteering opportunity in Germany. Although my academic background is not in healthcare, I have developed a strong interest in caring for others through my personal experience of looking after my grandmother for six years. This experience taught me patience, empathy, responsibility, and the importance of providing respectful and compassionate care

Inspired by this experience, I am planning to pursue an Ausbildung in Nursing (Pflege) in Germany. I believe this volunteering opportunity will allow me to gain practical experience, learn from professionals, and better understand the healthcare field while making a positive contribution to the lives of elderly people
