Application text:

Dear Selection Committee,

My name is Roberto Fiuza and I am Brazilian. I completed my 180-hour certification as a Mental Health Companion in Buenos Aires, Argentina, under National Mental Health Law 26.657.

For the past 2 years I have worked accompanying people with mental health conditions, elderly with dementia, and oncology patients. By the grace and mercy of Allah, I have learned that true healing begins with presence, listening, and dignity.

I completed specialized training in Dementia Care, Oncology Support, and the Role of External Companions. I am fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, English, and French, and I believe communication is the bridge to understanding and care between cultures.

I wish to serve in Germany through Bundes-Freiwilligendienst because I admire your commitment to community and inclusion. I want to contribute my experience from Latin America, learn from your system, and serve vulnerable people with the compassion that my faith teaches me.

I am ready to work with dedication, humility, and an open heart.
Thank you for considering my application.

Sincerely,
Roberto Fiuza
