Through my social work education and field placements, I have supported vulnerable individuals and families, including older adults, by providing psychosocial support, home visits, community outreach, and assistance with daily needs. Although I do not have formal nursing experience, I am willing to learn and develop practical caregiving skills.

I am a Social Work graduate from Sri Lanka with experience working in community development and supporting vulnerable people. Through my studies and practical work, I have developed empathy, responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills. I enjoy helping older adults and people who need daily support. I am motivated to work in Germany, improve my professional skills, and contribute to high-quality care. I have German language skills at A2 level and I am continuing to improve my German. I am reliable, eager to learn, and ready to adapt to a new working environment.
