I have a Diploma in Medical Technology (Laboratory Technology) and a Bachelor of Science in Health Technology (Laboratory). I have professional experience in laboratory diagnostic services and have also worked with patients, providing patient support, counseling, and assistance. Through my experience, I have developed good communication skills, empathy, responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to handle patients respectfully and calmly.
