I am writing to express my sincere interest in applying for a volunteer position within your organization through the Federal Volunteer Service (Bundesfreiwilligendienst – BFD).
I am 32 years old and a citizen of Kenya, with experience in adult care, the healthcare industry, customer service, and sales. My experience in adult care has helped me develop compassion, patience, responsibility, and an understanding of the importance of providing respectful and person-centred support to individuals who need assistance.
I am passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in people's lives, particularly by supporting elderly people and promoting their well-being and dignity. I believe that volunteering in Germany would provide me with an opportunity to contribute my existing skills while gaining valuable experience and developing professionally in the care sector.
I am a proactive, hardworking, and adaptable individual who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds. I am willing to learn, take initiative, work collaboratively with others, and carry out assigned responsibilities with dedication.
